Adam Paul Richard was admitted to practice law in North Dakota in 2019 and in Minnesota in 2021. Adam’s practice focuses on general civil litigation, personal injury, eminent domain, and family law. With a passion for trial advocacy, Adam’s process is client-centered and he works to keep his clients informed every step of the way and assure that they become confident as to their options and decisions.
A lifelong resident of Fargo, North Dakota, Adam’s roots stretch back to the pioneers who homesteaded in the St. Benedict area of Cass County. Adam received his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Psychology, from North Dakota State University in 2016, and his law degree from UND in 2019. A hockey player since he was a young child, Adam continues to enjoy league hockey.
Adam’s goal is to provide the best legal advocacy possible for his clients through in-depth knowledge of the law, clear communication, and effective attorney-client relationships.
